I just saw some of the blogs of the celebrities! How opulent!
They act in movies, they write about their movies on blogs and they have the maximum comments on their blogs…. More than any of the key influential blogger would have…. This is the perfect business model I have ever seen.
“Technology at its best”, I would like to call it as. I was reading the news that said Amitabh Bachan would not stop blogging despite the negative comments that he received. Look at it closely!! Why would he? The site is a free marketing tool for his Sarkar Raj! It’s definitely a pleasure to watch him on the site and with a lot of viewers visiting his site; the actor can close his eyes to all these seemingly unnecessary comments. Well, on the picture front, Aamir khan too looked nice with his new hairdo! or the no much hair to do! His site was really impressive, I must say.
I dint find Shah Rukh Khan’s site very impressive or am I seeing the wrong blog site.
Then the actors getting into hosting TV shows is also not spared… The oldest actor pulls all the good looking graphs to his site to show that he is doing or did better than his counterpart in the show KBC. Well, do u think they should grow up? Is a crore(ing) show or a show for supposedly fifth grade students (watched by everyone other than fifth graders – I too watch it, I have no answer for most questionsJ) going to affect the actors’s image?
This is a lesson to say branding is so important even if it is for a person!!!! I hear Shilpa Shetty is in a similar exercise of releasing CD’s for yoga. Tell me when it gets to be a hit?

Booming Real Estate
The real estate business is moving to the peak. The industry is seen as one of the most stable and economic investment.
NRI's are going bullish about it and we see the Indian government facilitating the buying process for them. The gateways in terms of loans, interest rates, expatriation rates have been made so comfortable.
Real estate developers have also joined hands in breaking rules and getting the process faster. Earlier the government approvals was a difficult process. Today we see the conversion rate to an approval much faster though the process is stringent. Payment gateways are made easier by working along with the Banks. International architects involved in the project. The locations are screened with dilligence by making sure that the corporate czars are in the neighbourhood. The best of educational institutions are at a hopskipjump distance.
